ok i fixed all runecrafting system now it works very good i also reduced xp rate from 40 to 15 so runecrafting is slowest skill now as it should be like in runescape.
I added command ::runecrafting when u type it u get message with portal commands.
These are that commands once u type one of this u get to that runecrafting altar, also i added essence shop and bank both near every altar.
